How it Works for Finance Brokers

Step 1: Introduction & consultation

We will be making immediate contact with the client to introduce our service and discuss the new vehicle needs.

Step 2: Action stage

This is where we roll up our sleeves and work hard, searching for the best deals, aiming for the perfect outcome!

Step 3: Result stage

We discuss with the client the results we have been able to achieve, pass on the best new vehicle pricing, availability and trade-in valuations while keeping the finance broker in the loop.

Step 4: Pre delivery stage

We will keep the client and finance broker updated and in the loop while we wait for the new arrival. Depending on the waiting period we will give the client the option to be updated weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Step 5: Vehicle arrival

Finally it's here! This is where things go up another notch. The client will be constantly updated until the new vehicle arrives at their front door. We will ensure that all parties are kept in the loop!
